- Are seen within 30 minutes of your appointment or given an explanation about the delay;

- Have your medical information held at the surgery treated in confidence;
- Are given a full explanation about your treatment

This medical practice aims to provide a high quality service where, as a patient you:
As a patient of this practice we ask that you help us give you a quality service by:
- Treating staff politely at all times;
- Only asking for an urgent appointment if medically necessary;
- Arriving on time for your appointment;
- Cancelling your appointment in good time if you are unable to attend;
- Whenever possible, ring before 10:30 if you think a home visit may be necessary;
- Letting the practice know if you are pleased with our services or have suggestions as to how to improve it;
- Talking to your doctor, or the Practice Manager, if you are unhappy with your medical care;
- Using the repeat prescription tear-off slips or the on-line service when you require a repeat of your medication whenever possible giving 48 hours’ notice;
- Telephoning about results, letters from hospitals, between 9am and 12 pm whenever possible
