calendarYou can book appointments over the telephone between 08:00 and 1:00 Monday to Friday and 2:00 and 6:00 Mondays and Thursdays and 2:00 - 5:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  You will be asked for your name, address or date of birth plus the date you would like to see the clinician of your choice.

Alternatively you can book your surgery appointment on-line via the link at the top of this page. If you have not registered for this service please speak to a receptionist.

You can book appointments up to four weeks in advance, please book a separate appointment for every person that needs to be seen.

The receptionist may ask the nature of the problem in order to assess which member of the clinical team to make your appointment with.  Also certain procedures require more time and may also require a nurse to assist the doctor. Please give the receptionist as much information as you are able to ensure you are booked appropriately. 

Arriving for your appointment 

When you arrive at the surgery for your appointment with either the doctor,nurse or healthcare assistant you can book in with the receptionist or alternatively use the self check-in system (located in the reception area) by following the prompts on the screen. 

Telephone Calls

If you are ringing for results the doctor may leave a message with the reception staff to save you having to speak to the doctor. 


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
